In March, the Tauranga Visual Resource Centre hosted an in-service for teachers and teacher aides of students with low vision. We had a great turnout of thirteen, coming from all around the Tauranga region.

We started the day off with a session about the eye and how the works (figure 1). We followed this up with a session on glasses and contact lenses run by a local optometrist. Continue Reading →
