At the start of the year Music School students were encouraged to develop a project to celebrate International White Cane Day on October 15th, 2015. A small group of students got together and formed a song writing group, led by Ajay Castelino our resident Music Therapist. They worked together closely to explore themes and concepts related to the white cane, and finally set down some lyrics and music. Ex-student and now tutor, Ese Aumalesulu created a backing track for the song, and on August 22nd a makeshift recording studio was set up on Campus.
